Hi, I’m Dr. Melody Goddard Rhode. I have worked professionally and compassionately to counter and counsel the negative effects of narcissistic Christian relationships for 30+ years.  From my experience, I have coined the term “Christian Narcissism” and have a heart to bring light to the often unspoken but devastating epidemic– and its effects on hearts and lives of  individuals and communities.  Raised in an era of narcissism, I have seen the church struggling to “seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness” rather than being overrun by self-centered Christian ideology.  I hope this blog will be an active part of the resistance movement,
